Alpha Taxis

After a brief spell as a taxi driver, founder James Bradley, only 19 at the time, was ambitious and had plans to create his own empire. Originally trading as Halewood Taxis in 1984, before rebranding as Alpha Taxis in 2005, Alpha continued to grow organically before experiencing exponential growth in a 5 year period which saw them increase from 500 vehicles to just over 1,300. Their recent focus has been to put the driver at the centre of any decisions they make, which they believe has allowed them to not only recover to pre-covid figures, but also to surpass the pre-COVID size of the fleet.
