Tiger 2000 were formed in the midst of the pandemic when 24 vulnerable taxi operators collaborated to continue their legacies and began operating under one banner. Current chairman, Abrar Hussain believes that without this merger, flagship companies across the Rochdale borough may have ceased to exist. Armed with a fleet of over 500 vehicles, Tiger 2000 are now able to provide a higher level of customer service to their passengers and have saved the industry from losing many drivers.
